These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute the entire legal agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and bajjivip ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the bajjivip website, mobile interface, games, sportsbook, cashier, and all related services (collectively, "the Services").

By completing registration on bajjivip, by logging into an existing account, by making a deposit, or by placing any bet or wager, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be legally bound by them. If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Services and close your account by contacting bajjivip support.

To be eligible to register and use bajjivip, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the Services:

If bajjivip determines at any time that a Player was under the age of 18 at the time of registration or during any period of account activity, the Platform reserves the right to immediately close the account, void all bets and winnings generated during the period of underage use, and report the matter to relevant authorities where required by applicable regulations.

To access bajjivip's full range of Services, you must register a personal account. Registration is free of charge and open to eligible players across Bangladesh, including residents of Dhaka, Chittagong, Sylhet, Khulna, Rajshahi, Barisal, Rangpur, and Mymensingh.

3.1 Accurate Information

You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration, including your legal full name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and phone number. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information constitutes a breach of these Terms and may result in account closure and forfeiture of any balance held on the Platform.

3.2 One Account Rule

Each individual player is permitted to hold exactly one active account on bajjivip. Registering or operating more than one account — whether under your own name, a pseudonym, or a third party's identity — is strictly prohibited. bajjivip employs device fingerprinting, IP tracking, and payment method cross-referencing to detect duplicate accounts. All accounts identified as duplicates may be permanently closed, and all associated balances and winnings may be forfeited.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for keeping your bajjivip username and password confidential. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. bajjivip will never ask you for your password through any communication channel. If you suspect that your account credentials have been compromised, you must notify bajjivip support immediately via live chat or email at support@bajjivip.

All activity conducted through your account will be treated as authorised by you unless you have notified bajjivip of a suspected unauthorised access prior to the relevant transaction occurring. bajjivip accepts no liability for losses arising from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.

3.4 Account Verification (KYC)

As part of our commitment to player protection and fraud prevention, bajjivip may conduct identity verification ("KYC") checks at registration, before processing a withdrawal, or at any other point at our discretion. You may be asked to submit scanned copies or photographs of government-issued ID, proof of address, and proof of the payment method used for deposits. Accounts that fail to complete KYC verification will have withdrawals placed on hold until verification is completed satisfactorily.

4.1 Supported Payment Methods

All payment method accounts used on bajjivip must be registered in the same name as your bajjivip account. Third-party payments — deposits or withdrawals made from an account belonging to a different individual — are strictly prohibited and will be reversed.

4.2 Minimum and Maximum Limits

The minimum deposit amount is ৳500 per transaction. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500 per transaction. Maximum deposit and withdrawal limits per transaction and per day may apply and are displayed in the bajjivip cashier at the time of each transaction. These limits may be adjusted periodically based on account verification status and transaction history.

4.3 Deposit Processing

Deposits made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are typically credited to your bajjivip account within minutes of the transaction being confirmed on the relevant mobile financial service network. If a deposit does not appear in your account within 30 minutes, please contact bajjivip support via live chat with your transaction reference number.

4.4 Withdrawal Processing

In such cases, bajjivip reserves the right to void the bonus and any associated winnings without prior notice.

5.3 One Bonus at a Time

Players may only hold one active bonus at a time on bajjivip unless a specific promotion explicitly states otherwise. Opting into a new bonus while a previous bonus is active may result in forfeiture of the earlier bonus. Players are advised to complete or cancel active bonuses before opting into a new promotion.

5.4 bajjivip's Right to Modify or Cancel Promotions

bajjivip reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that such action does not unfairly prejudice players who have already opted into and begun wagering under the relevant promotion's terms.

Players found engaging in such activities will have their accounts permanently closed, all winnings voided, and the matter may be referred to relevant law enforcement authorities.

The following activities are expressly prohibited on bajjivip and constitute a material breach of these Terms:

• Registering more than one account on the Platform.
• Providing false, incomplete, or misleading information at registration or during KYC verification.
• Allowing any person other than yourself to access and use your bajjivip account.
• Using bajjivip for any form of money laundering, fraud, or financial crime.
• Depositing funds sourced from criminal activity or proceeds of crime.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any mechanical or electronic means to place bets or interact with the Platform in a non-human manner.
• Exploiting software bugs or errors to gain a financial advantage, without reporting the issue to bajjivip support immediately upon discovery.

8.1 Deposit Limits

8.2 Session Time Reminders

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the bajjivip platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, republish, or commercially exploit any Content from bajjivip.
• Modify, create derivative works from, or reverse-engineer any software or systems underlying the Platform.
• Remove, obscure, or alter any proprietary notices, watermarks, or branding displayed on or within bajjivip Content.
• Use any bajjivip trademark, logo, or brand identifier in any manner not explicitly authorised in writing by the Platform.

Any unauthorised use of bajjivip's intellectual property will result in immediate termination of your account and may expose you to civil or criminal liability under applicable intellectual property law.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, bajjivip makes no warranties, representations, or guarantees of any kind, whether express or implied, regarding the Platform, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or uninterrupted, error-free operation.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, bajjivip shall not be liable for:

• Any financial losses arising from your use of or reliance on the Services, including gambling losses incurred through normal platform operation.
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of the Services, whether due to scheduled maintenance, technical failure, force majeure events, or any other cause beyond our reasonable control.
• Any loss of data, profits, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of bajjivip.
• Any unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.
• Any actions or omissions of third-party game providers, payment processors, or telecommunications providers whose services are utilised in the delivery of the bajjivip platform.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude bajjivip's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

bajjivip reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, registered players will be notified by email to their registered address or by a prominent notice displayed on the Platform. The revised Terms will specify the effective date of the changes.

Continued use of the Services after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the amended Terms, you must stop using the Services and request account closure by contacting bajjivip support.

11.1 Account Closure by Player

You may close your bajjivip account at any time by contacting customer support via live chat or by emailing support@bajjivip. Before closure is processed, any pending withdrawal requests will be completed, and any active bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements will be forfeited. Real-money balances in your account at the time of closure will be returned to your registered payment method via the most recently used withdrawal method.

11.2 Account Suspension or Termination by bajjivip

bajjivip reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, if we reasonably believe that the account has been used in breach of these Terms, in connection with any fraudulent, criminal, or harmful activity, or if required to do so by any applicable legal or regulatory obligation. 12.1 Dispute Resolution

Our support team will acknowledge your complaint within 24 hours and aim to provide a full resolution within 5 business days in Bangladesh Standard Time (UTC+6).

If your complaint is not resolved to your satisfaction through the standard support process, you may escalate the matter to our dedicated disputes team by providing a written summary of the issue and the resolution you are seeking. bajjivip will review all escalated disputes fairly and in good faith.

12.2 Language of Agreement

These Terms are written and shall be interpreted in English. In the event of any translation of these Terms into another language being made available for convenience, the English-language version shall prevail in all respects in the event of any inconsistency or dispute regarding interpretation.

12.3 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found by a court or other competent authority to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable to any extent, such provision shall be severed from the remaining Terms, which shall continue to be valid and enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by law.

12.4 Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with bajjivip's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and bajjivip with respect to the Services and supersede all prior representations, negotiations, understandings, and agreements between the parties relating to the subject matter hereof.
